I have been able to install and run C&C3 on Windows 11 with my Ryzen 7 2700X machine but cannot even get it to install on my Ryzen 9 3900X. Any help would be appreciated.
Also when I try to update to v1.2 on the 2700X machine it gives an error that the update was blocked by an administrator. I have tried running it as an administrator and get the same error. I've turned off the firewall, security service and still get the error. Is this being blocked by a Steam administrator?
