Any idea when this error gets fixed? Internet is full of this issue in the past year and there is no solution.

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
OS: Clean installation Win11 21H2/22H2 or Win10 21H2/22H2
At least Win10 can be used with disabled fTPM in BIOS, but many AMD users cannot safely move to Win11
