I bought a Ryzen 7 7700x for my new pc build.
When i try to sign in to AMD rewards I get an error message saying I've tried signing in too many times.
I've tried with chrome, edge, Firefox and opera.
I've tried disabling cookies and enabling cookies.
I've tried disabling VPN.
I've tried clearing cache.
I tried creating a new account but I get the same issue there (can't create account right now)
I tried raising a support ticket there (can't raise a ticket right now try later)
I tried to create a new account through my phone instead (this worked but since I need to download a verification program next I can't proceed through my phone)
Now I'm out of ideas.
What do I do?
Please help me AMD, it's an expensive component, just send me my steam code or have a redemption service that works.
