Can't install Adrenalin 2020 Edition 19.12.2(Error-211)

Windows 10 1909 latest

Ram8GB

Nvida 1650(Laptop)

Ryzen 7 3750H(Laptop)

Error 211 – Radeon Software Install Cannot Proceed as the Specified Directory for Installation Has Access Restrictions

Do you have a folder in the Root Directory called C:\AMD by any chance?

I solved this by updating the drivers using the windows device manager. Later on i found out that i had corrupted files in windows defender (with sfc /scannow in cmd). I did a clean install to fix all the issues eventually.

Amd developers using GoogleAnalitics and they know this issue but there is no solution yet.
İm also tried DDU and Amd Cleaning Utility not worked.

You can read anything in to anything... I guess...to me it looks like windows update failed to check/load a driver. Access denied. How sad. Do you have your Win set to not update automatically ? Any how this post is in the wrong forum...
