Can I use Radeon hd4850 (Gigabyte GV-R485MC-1GH) on new motherboard (b450 with ryzen 5) ? The graphic card will supported on legacy mode ?

I want to change my configuration with new motherboard, processor and memory but I don't want to change for now my graphic card Radeon hd4850 (Gigabyte GV-R485MC-1GH).

I want to know if my new motherboard (B450) can support this graphic card ?

I want to use this graphic card for the cost and to use two screen (one VGA and another on DVI).

I'm not a gamer so it's normally enough for me.

Technically yes, but it's not UEFI compatible, and only uses Windows 10's bare basic driver as it does not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 10. If you have video outputs on your motherboard, I'd suggest the Athlon 200 APU if you're not doing anything processor intensive, or the Ryzen 5 2400G if you are.

I actually use Win 10 64bit with this graphic card and AMD driver so if there will a problem it's just with the UEFI I think ...
