California Man Killed Mom Over Broken Video Game Headset: Cops | Sacramento, CA Patch
According to police, the woman's son, identified as Matthew Nicholson, 28, was in his bedroom in the home playing video games when he allegedly became upset and started yelling. Police say when his mother went to check on him, he began to argue with her and ended up breaking the headset to his video game. He allegedly blamed her for the broken headset and threatened to kill her and his father, police say. Nicholson allegedly fired two rounds in the wall of the home before shooting his mother in the head, police said. |
