I built my brother a PC about a year ago and he has been having some issues. I don't have my hands on it right now, but it is slowing down, seemingly, at random even on desktop. This is making it basically useless while it is exhibiting these symptoms.
Things I have tried:
- Cleared CMOS
- Disabled EXPO
- DDU and reinstall drivers
- Checked all connections
- Checked for programs using too much resources using Task Manager
I feel like all that is left is to try reinstalling Windows 11 to rule out software as the problem.
