I think it's because of the high temperature, but if the temperature is high the pc should suddenly shut down, and I also have experience on an amd A6 9225 laptop with a temperature of around 95c, it doesn't cause anything, doesn't cause a system crash or bluescreen
system crash or blue screen only occurs when playing moderate or heavy games, for example, valorant crashes my pc, rainbowsix makes bluecreen, csgo makes bluescreen, only minecraft does not cause problems.
