Guys, I need your help. For over a month now, I've been having an error with my Rx 570 8gb XFX. At random times, whether I'm using it heavily or lightly, my screen goes black and I hear a noise when the USB is being connected and disconnected. The PC remains on and apparently works, and I can only use the PC by turning it off using the button. When Windows restarts, the file manager already shows an error with the Rx570 video driver, and when I try to open Adrenalin, it says I have a different version installed. That's when the problem starts. I go into safe mode, run the DDU, delete the Rx driver and install it again. I've tried different versions, new and old, and in the end the problem always comes back. I really need help. I don't know if it's a hardware problem or some driver incompatibility. Has anyone experienced something similar and have any ideas? I couldn't select the correct area of the forum for this post, I couldn't click.
