Black Flicker when Showing/Hiding Video content - 6800 XT

On GPU Driver 22.2.2, I'm getting flickering when:

  • Videos are presented onto the screen
  • Videos are taken off the screen

 

Recorded a video on my mobile as screen cap wouldn't capture it:

Had the same exact issue after updating to 22.2.2 on my 6700 XT. Fixed it by going back to the previous driver version (22.2.1). I guess 22.2.2 is just borked, hopefully next version rolls out soon (considering Elden Ring comes out next week) and doesn't have this problem.
