When it's night in the game from 7pm the game drops fps from 100 to 40 and setting the water quality to normal improves, but it's unacceptable for me to have a system like this and have to set the water quality to normal and from what I've read it's common on AMD systems so I come here to ask if anyone has solved this problem or see if I have to switch to NVIDIA
