auto brightness
Help solve the problem, I bought an amd-enabled monitor and after turning on FreeSync, the monitor began to automatically add brightness on a white background, and reduce it on a dark one, how to make sure that the brightness was always at the same level?
My video card is rx 6600 xt

Apparently the brightness flickering is an issue with VA based panels, that is not exhibited with IPS panels.
So question is what monitor do you have and is it VA or IPS based?

Turn off FreeSync and see if you get the normal brightness again.

common issue on some displays. I own an Alienware 34" OLED (AW3423DWF) that does this flicker. On page 89 of my user manual it has this listed as a problem. The solution is to Disable Freesync, which does work. Most of the time I tolerate it.
Spending $900 on an OLED with Freesync Premium Pro you expect quality, but unfortunately it isn't there.
