Yesterday i build my pc.
My pc details:
AMD 3700X
ASUS X570-E STRIX Motherboard
Corsair DDR4 3600MHZ 2x8 GB Ram
Samsung 970 EVO Plus
Corsair RM750X 80+ Gold
While cpu usage around 0-5 and when not on power save mode; cpu boosting to 4.2 ghz and after 1 second going back to 3.6ghz so that's means 10 degree hotter every 5 second. But when power save mode; cpu clock speed is 2.2 Ghz no up no down fine! But when amd performance, windows performance, windows balanced mode this issue happens. Any solve? Thanks a lot
