Recently I did a hardware upgrade for my PC and installed some new components including a new RX 6750XT. After around 2 or 3 weeks of usage, a strange issue started occuring, where during usage the drivers suddenly seize up, my main monitors turns completly black whilst the secondary one operates on like 1-2 FPS, the only thing I can do is restard the entire PC for it to work again. The issue is largely inconsistent, sometimes I can go on days without a single occurence, while other days this happens 2-3 times in short intervals. This occurs no matter the current usage of the GPU, as it can occur during simple Chrome usage or during severe stress from games. The only thing I noticed is that the issue usually occurs during alt tabbing to a different app, like for example switching from a game to the discord I have active on my second monitor to respond to a message. I have tried multiple solutions, including changing drivers to different setting, using minimal install of the drivers, re-installing the drivers, and turning off all the advanced functions in the Adrenalin software. Can anyone help me?

Windows 10 PRO
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500X with stock cooling
GPU: ASUS Dual Radeon RX 6750 XT OC Edition 12 GB GDDR
Power Supply: Volcano Modecom 750
