AMD Store return process broken?

HI, I tried returning my 7900 XTX but I'm having some problems.

I followed the steps on the AMD Store as described here, filled out the return form and everything went good up to this point, after I submitted the form I downloaded my return label and it also said I should receive a confirmation email.

However, I never got a confirmation email and I was browsing in a firefox private window which in turn didn't save my return label at all, and there's no way to get back to that page again because when I try to fill out the form again it says that there are no products to return.

This is a unfortunate situation at the moment, DHL is supposed to pick up my package at the 15th of may, but I don't have a return label. I tried using the contact us form on the store but I haven't heard anything from them in 3 days now.

What's even worse is that I tried filling out the return form again today but now it says that "rma.moduslink.com" is down when I submit my form.

Anyone know what's going on?

I haven't been able to sign in to the store for months, and it's not sending password reset emails either.  Is anyone else able to sign in?

edit: I just learned that there seems to be a fairly major change to the AMD store, and I only stumbled on this through random clicking on links on the site.  Seems like after April this year the store is handled differently than before that date.  https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/amdonlinestorefaq

This is turning out to be an instructional case for web vendors on how not to treat your customers.  To test this I signed up for a new account using the SAME EMAIL I used last year to buy my 6950XT and it went through without any error or warning message.  **w.t.f**!?  Did you forget that I bought that gpu?

This doesn't instill much confidence when making online transactions. I was just part of the Mackenzie Financial data breach so you can understand my hesitations with anything online right now.
