Hi all, I am wondering who would be the person to contact to fix the specifications pages on AMD. I need to download the JSON file of the AMD products, but when you go to download JSON, XML, or CSV the webpage hangs. An example link is this: https://www.amd.com/en/products/specifications/processors . The download button is on the top left in the drop-down menu next to the garbage bin icon. This was working last year.

I just tried the link you provided an had no issues downloading the JSON file.

I also didn't have any problems downloading the JSON file from your link but I needed to temporarily disable an Extension that prevented me from downloading from that site on FireFox brower.

Try a different browser or check you Anti-virus software which might be blocking that site

Interesting. It is not working using Google Chrome. Just tried Firefox and it works. Thanks for the suggestion. So the workaround is to use Firefox. Any way to forward this to the proper team to get it fixed for Chromium / Chrome browsers?
