I am writing this in case someone is experiencing the same Issue.
After i updated to 23.7.1, the first DisplayPort of my Monitor (PHILIPS Evnia 32M1N5500VS) stopt displaying, and my Monitor started reporting no signal.
In Windows and Adrenalin the Monitor was still recognised, but the Monitor kept on reporting no signal.
I tried Restarting, reverting back to a previous Driver, with no difference.
The Second DisplayPort on my Monitor is working fine, so I new it is not my GPU.
ONLY after i power cycled my MONITOR (Power Cable), the first DisplayPort started working again.
