These are USER TO USER forums not AMD employees. I get your frustration not getting your game. I would respond to whatever email they sent to you and ask them about the progress and/or from the amd rewards site submit another request referencing the ID they gave you. I know many people are still without their games. If you search before posting here there are already many threads on this topic. I hope you ultimately get your game.
