AMD Ryzen 5 5600G processor.

My PC is unable to recognize my X-Touch One. There are no drivers loaded as far as I can tell. Cakewalk by Bandlab's MIDI device options do not include the X-Touch One. My Intel i9-powered machine detects it without difficulty. Both laptops are running Windows 11 with the most recent upgrades, and the firmware of the X-Touch One has been updated to version 1.10.

I would try to reset USB ports through disabling and re-enabling the USB controller in device manager

or

Try to run hardware and devices troubleshooter

Windows key + R
Type msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic in the Windows Run dialog
Click next and follow the instructions

It will automatically detect problems with your computer hardware and devices
