I'm trying to build up my first desktop configuration. I'm still doubtful regarding what to buy and incompatibilities.
After several hours of searching, reading and making some numbers I came with the following:
AMD RYZEN 5 3600
AMD RX 590
HP EX900 NVMe PCIe M.2 250GB
BARRACUDA 1TB
VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 2666 C16 2X16GB
I'm trying to find a motherboard which will be compatible with this processor.
I wouldn't like to spend on x570 as I see them a little bit overpriced. The question is if any x470 will do the job.
What power supply will be required for this configuration. I believe that I should sum the watts consumption of each part and buy a PSU which provides more than my maximum requirements. I would appreciate any suggestion regarding this topic.
Additionally, if there is any possible improvement for the configuration that I've provided above, for the same budget, please let me know.
