Hey guys,

I wanted to create an AMD reward account, because I want to get Resident Evil 2.

It said that if I put in my phone number it wouldn't take 48 hours to activate it. I got a code on my phone but there still wasn't an input box to type the code in. Now it's already been 48 hours, I already made a support ticket, no answer.

Any Ideas?

Hi,

I'm having exactly the same problem with my account activation. I make it in 30.01, they send me sms code and activation email (that I confirmed), but I can't do nothing. If I log in my account, it's show me information:

Activate Your Account

Please check your email inbox to complete the email activation process.

Please note that you have 48 hours to activate your account.

Resend email activation code

I make support ticket 541304 in 1.02, but nobody answer me ;/

Hey I am having the same issue what gives? I sent email support and no reply what kind of reward procedure is this if we can not even create an account on the www.amdrewards.com site?  I wish AMD have chat support or telephone support this email support taking forever!
