At least they added a "V2" to it, so maybe future runs will indeed start increasing the V number...

The BIOS conventions as they are now is unworkable. So the rule of thumb I use, I install whatever the latest version posted is for the particular motherboard I am using.
for example, My MSi X570-A PRO is version H84 which came out a few days ago.
There are no release notes or any information at all on the bugs fixes for anything.
