AMD Relive on Laptops?

Hello,

I was planning to buy an amd-based laptop this year because I learned about AMD relive software that allows you to record your screen. However, I'm unsured if this also applies to laptop or only to desktops. The laptop I want to buy would have AMD R9 5900HS. I'd appreciate the clarifiation. 

My purchase decision pretty much narrows down to whether or not this amd relive can be used in amd laptops.

As far as I know, most laptops maximum vRAM for the Integrated Graphics is 2GB which disqualifies Relive from running.

But if your laptop can allocate 4GB of vRam than, according to the above requirements, it should be compatible. But on the other hand the FAQ that I posted above just mentions Desktop Graphics and not laptop graphics.
