Hello, I've recently had a hardware problem. I recently bought AMD's new graphics card (GIGABYTE AMD Radeon 7900 XTX) and of course I wanted to check if the graphics card was working as it should, I also liked the benchmarks (3D Mark Fire MyScore: 27971 WW- Average: 47000) Strike the graphics card only achieves below-average values.
The first thing that came to my mind was that something was bottlenecking my graphics card, but that shouldn't be the case with my system configuration. (MAG B550 TOMAHAWK, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, 32GB Patriot Viper 4 DDR4-3200 and BeQuit 850 Watt.)
Second, I thought that the graphics driver is not up to date or not installed, but they are all up to date there. (AMD Software Version: 22.12.2)
In the end I reinstalled my system and after that the graphics card achieved the benchmark values as it should, but the next day the values were again below average.
Next I thought that it could be a temperature problem, but in tripleA games and also in the benchmarks the temperatures are an average of 60 degrees.Although all GPU data are correct, I have an average of 70fps in TripleA games such as Cyberpunk, where comparable systems should achieve an average of 100fps.
Thank you for any ideas!
