where can I switch on hardware acceleration on my graphics card?

If its avaiable for 500 series it should be in screen settings.

1. Click Start, then head to Settings > System.
2. From the left-hand menu, select Display.
3. Below Multiple Displays, click Graphics settings.
4. Turn on the toggle for Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling.
5. Restart your computer.
