Prices are reflected at B&H, but also at Amazon and other locations. The 3900X appears to be a permanent price drop while the others are perhaps temporary. Puts them about $20 cheaper than the 9900KF and 9700KF.
NewEgg up in Canada does not even offer the R9 3950X but the R5 3600 is available.
The R5 3600X is more aggressively discounted from its original price.
While I can buy from the NewEgg the cost of customs clearance is a headache as well.
Microcenter has cut prices even more, with the downside being they're in store pickup only, and are less expensive than Amazon and Chinese Newegg as a result. Links are in the WCCFTech article, or you can just search on their site.

prices in canada are sill elevated mostly due to my beleaguered peso not being valued for much
Especially considering less than 2 years ago I paid $470 for my 1800X, but who would have thought AMD would have been as aggressive and successful as they were considering the past 15 years have been mediocre after mediocre...
Right now the:
R5 3600 is $239.99
R5 3600X is $269.99
R7 3700X is $399.99
+$4.99 shipping in Canada.
