AMD CPU high usage GPU low usage
Good morning, I would appreciate any help for this problem because is giving me headaches for over a month...
I saw that while running games like Delta Force, or Warzone my CPU usage is way higher than 96% and the GPU is just sitting at 40% or less... While I look at others benchmarks and the CPU Usage is way lower than that and the GPU over 95%. I've tried removing the third stick of ram from the 4 slots and just let the dual channel run with 16gb and it's the same CPU usage... I have XMP enabled at 3200mhz and I don't know what's wrong with my setup :(.
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU: RX 6650 XT
RAM: 24GB 3200Mhz XMP Enabled (I'm waiting for the other RAM to arrive since I accidentally bought one instead of the two pair to make my system 32gb)
Motherboard: B550 Lenovo

Good evening Koyote, I would appreciate more help than that to be honest, because I already did my research and nothing worked.

The 5600G is restricted to PCIe gen 3.0 and 16MB L3 cache.
Couple that with only 8GB of vRAM and games that need more are going to stress the system more, specifically swapping with system memory.
You don't mention what resolution and graphics settings you're gaming at?
What utilization percentage is the vRAM at during gaming?
You may be able to relieve the system bottleneck by reducing graphics settings and/or using upscaling.

Hey there! I'm gaming at almost high settings or ultra in every game, lowering the graphics just make it even worse... The Vram utilization it's always at 7.2GB of 8GB. Resolution 1920x1080

Gaming at 1080p is going to put a high load on the system.
Couple that with a game that is CPU intensive is even worse.
vRAM utilization of 7.2GB of 8GB is practically full utilization.
You may want to consider using lower game resolution (such as 720p) and enable FSR to upscale to 1080p.

It is not a bad idea actually! But doing that or enabling FSR makes everything worse somehow, what I mean with that is that the CPU usage is still high but the GPU is resting even more, so I think I will try updating my OS to see if it changes something or maybe close Discord that is the only thing running in the background using only like 6% of CPU. Thanks for the help anyways!

Putting on fsr, and fake frames, would make your gpu usage lower. You are bottle necked. Cheers.
EDIT- there is no "fix" besides buying upper tier gear than what you have currently. Bios, updates, nothing will help, besides spending money.
Cheers.
