- I've installed this graphics card in my Windows11 computer that's running the latest version of Windows11.
SHOWKINGS Radeon RX 580 8GB Graphics Card, 256Bit 2048SP GDDR5 AMD Video Card for Pc Gaming, DP HDMI DVI-Output, PCI Express 3.0 with Dual Fan for Office and Gaming - I'm running the latest AMD Adrenalin Edition 23.11.1 driver software.
- I'm running the latest version 2.2.0 of Condor2's flight simulation software for sailplane flight training.
When using a 1-3 video monitors it works perfectly all of the time. - I've loaded the Oculus software to enable me to use my MetaQuest2 128GB VR headset.
This doesn't work properly.
MY PROBLEM: I am able to run the Condor2 software with the VR headset and it works fine for a while. But then it consistently freezes and I need to reboot my Windows 11 PC. When I restart Windows recognized a major problem and offers restarting help. I select to run a normal restart and my PC boots up normally again. I've reported this to AMD but haven't yet received any response from them.
QUESTION 1: What different things could possibly be causing this problem?
QUESTION 2: Are there any online postings that describe this particular problem with recommendations for my action.
QUESTION 3: Are there any configuration options in AMD's latest downloaded and installed software program that can prevent and fix this problem?
