AMD 5500 XT does not recognize two monitors

Hello everyone

Everything good? so, Last year i bought this Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT8GB Graphics Card, I use it with two monitors, a tv and a monitor. TV via HDMI cable and monitor via displayport cable and today, the secondary monitor via display port no longer wants to give video.

things I've done:

change the displayport cable
change video card input
update windows
update video card driver

update device driver

 

when i open the bios the secondary video monitor but when windown starts the second monitor does not show video.

 

could someone help me please? I'm desperate already :')

Unplug one cable turn it around.

Then do the same to the other cable.

If that fixes it, done. If not try swapping cables from on monitor to the other.

If it persists on the same monitor you know it's the monitor or port on the card. but if the issue moves to the other monitor it's the cable or port on the card.

Process of elimination. Move card ports if you have another you can try.
