Advice on supported GPU with 5600G
I want to upgrade my system. My system spec is:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
MSI B450M mobo
550W PSU
I want to buy a GPU. I'm interested in buying a Radeon RX 6600. But I'm confused about my processsor can fully utilize the power of RX 6600 as it is a PCIe 4.0 GPU. Can you please help me with that?
Thanks in advance.

The Ryzen 5600G only supports PCIe gen 3.0
The Radeon RX 6600 only uses x8 PCIe lanes.
If it was limited to only one or the other (either x16 of PCIe 3.0 or x8 of PCIe 4.0) you'd be fine, however combining both the graphics throughput will be restricted to less than 8GB/s, performance will take a hit.
Recommend you pick a GPU that uses all x16 lanes or plan on upgrading the CPU to one that supports PCIe 4.0
Ryzen R7 5700G | B550 Gaming X | 2x8GB G.Skill 4000 | Radeon Vega 8 IGP
Ryzen R5 5600 | B550 Gaming Edge | 4x8GB G.Skill 3600 | Radeon RX 6800XT
