Yesterday I updated my driver to version 23.7.1. Ever since that update I have noticed that Youtube videos on my second monitor began to stutter every ~2 seconds. One time it was also showing green artifacts. However when I dragged the browser (Edge) back to my main monitor everything seems to behave like normal. I noticed that disabling hardware acceleration fixed this issue for me. Also using Firefox with hardware acceleration enabled didn't cause any of the problems for me. Since I prefer using Edge with hardware acceleration I also attempted to fix this by disabling MPO and performing a DDU, but neither of those solved the issue for me. As for now I'll probably keep using Mozilla but I was still curious if anyone else has been having a similar experience with Chrome based browsers since the update?
I'll also add few of my specs just in case:
Cpu: ryzen 5600
Gpu: rx 6700 xt
Monitor (main + 2nd): 1080p 144 hz freesync and 1080p 60 hz no freesync.
