when im trying to install windows 10 in booting or in circle dots , the blue screen shows , the same with windows 7 im but its rebooting when in the windows staring shown

Not sure what the issue is and absolutely someone here could know. However I would say the best people to ask this question to are the fine support folks at Gigabyte as this is likely an issue with their board of some sort. They may know exactly what you should do. So I would contact support there too if you have not.
