I just built a brand new desktop with brand new computer parts but every time I start playing unreal engine games at around 5 minutes the game will crash. This is consistently happening and I'm not sure why because my hardware is more than sufficient to handle the game. I have tried multiple things like: 1) Updating Bios 2) Updating gpu drivers. Please help. My computer specs are as follows:

Weirdly enough, Unreal Engine 4 & 5 games work fine on my 7950X3D & 7900 XTX combo. However, my brother's 7600X3D & 6700 XT combo doesn't play nice with certain UE5 games. (Well, mainly Silent Hill 2, in particular.)

By any chance, which UE games are you experiencing crashing in? If we happen to have the same game, maybe I can check to see if it runs stable on this rig.

I think your PSU is the issue. According to XFX

TECH SPECS ; ‍External Power: 2x PCI-E 8 pin connections ; Minimum Power Supply Requirement: 850 watt ; XFX Recommended Power Supply: XFX 850W PSU.

I think any good brand PSU would be fine, it wouldn't have to be XFX's own, but if you can afford it a 850W Platinum or a 950W gold. 

Also, make sure you are using two separate 8 pin power leads to the GFX card. Do not use a single cable with a Y splitter as the single supply lead may not be able to provide the correct voltage/current when the gfx card is under load. I had a similar issue when using as Y splitter cable on my 6700XT. As soon as I used two separate power cables from the PSU, no more crashes.
