7900 XTX Build Issues

I've Been Having Quite a few issues with my build recently. At first everything was okay but the past few months I've noticed a progressive deterioration of my system & I'm not sure what is exactly at fault & how to resolve. Its also extremely frustrating as the build cost £2500+ and I've had none of these issues with my previous intel GTX 980 rig which cost approximately a 1/5 of the cost and is still running fine against my less than a year old build. Makes me just want to refund the whole rig and switch to a cheaper Intel NVIDIA system but doubting that'll be possible even though it very much should be the case.

Anyways, issues I'm having is Power within the system. Takes a while to boot, also if I switch off the socket overnight to preserve my electricity bills it pops when turning on the PSU. It even sparked the other day yet still the system is operational... The PC won't shut down either. I have to manually hold the power button on the system itself only way it works, restarting is also not an option.

I've noticed a dramatic change in my heat temps on the graphics card too which are concerning.

I have no luck anymore in updating drivers whether that be bios drivers for the motherboard, ryzen, software adrenaline or device manager.

Also have connectivity issues with Bluetooth from time to time.

Issues with connectivity of my webcam on certain applications on & off.

Also find performance issues in FL STUDIOS that I never had in previous rig

And performance issues in certain games, and certain game stores most recently EA app.

All in all the computer is just unstable and I have paid £2500+ to try find loop holes and wiggle room for more FPS on games if they are operational. I'm meant to be satisfied, comfortable with my purchase for many years to come but this is just a disaster.

Its a shame too because for the first month or two the PC felt great. Now I just feel completely shafted digging for answers hoping I won't just be given a replacement of the same crap plus I've got to go through 2 different stores and multiple different brand vendors for said parts & it's a question of will all parts be accepted for a return because I don't want AMD optimized RAM if I switch to Intel, I don't want a read and pre-used SSD, I don't want an NVIDIA GPU with an AMD processor (Sam lacking) & none of that is my fault, that's poor manufacturing and I shouldn't be liable AMD should be. Plus will I get shafted with the current value or original because I just wont accept that. The only thing I want at this point is my pc case, cooling equipment & my money back to make a better investment in a PC not this bed of deceit. I'd rather spend a £1000 of that and lose a ton of FPS if it means stability & longevity & put my other £1500 in a savings account. Truly Disappointed. I need assistance.

My specs :

Flagship Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XTX
