Sorry I dont know how to specify all the specs but Ive had this problem ever since ive put this graphics card in. I used to have a 1080 and had no problems so I know it has something to do with this GPU. No matter what game I load it will work perfectly with high frames AS LONG as I dont move my mouse. The moment I move my mouse ill drop frames. The faster and more speratic the more I lose. If I move as slow as possible it wont drop but If i move fast enough ill get as low as 5 frames, 2 frames, 10 frames. Ive tried using another mouse, suing another USB port for the mouse, uninstalling software, physcially taking out the GPU, up to date with the drivers, it happens in all games and I cannot seem to find a fix. Really hoping someone whos had this problem can tell me a simple fix because as im sure you can tell Idont know a lot about PC's
