I have recently been toying around with a mini pc that I got from work. I know that the performance of this PC is being hindered by something and I can't quite figure out why.
I ran CPU-z and the multiplire seems to be stuck at 4x which is causing huge slowdowns as well as the inability to really do anything with any sort of graphics as well as simply launcing a program.
The computer has been imaged and the drivers were installed directly from AMD..
Does anyone have any clue as to why im seeing this behavior?
