5700U bad performance

Hi all

 

I got a miniPC with a Ryzen 5700u but I cant play any game. Im talking about older games from 2017 as well, there is almost no FPS.

 

My PC:
AMD Ryzen 7 5700U
32GB RAM
1TB SSD
and then Integrated Radeon Vega 8.

 

With hardware info I can see my base clock stays 1800Mhz and my TDP is 15W. Shouldnt my performance be way better?
On youtube I see several videos which run some older games with pretty decent FPS. I only reach 10. Am I missing something? Or is it a faulty PC maybe?

What graphics driver version is installed?

Im running on 2.0.279

 

I have a better pic of the benchmark. With Tuning Utility I managed to get to 30W. but I feel my CPU is way too hot:

I will install Fortnite and do a benchmark over there since there are a lot of Fortnite vids on Youtube done with a 5700u.

Also thinking about ordering a new device for black friday so just I can check its not some bad thermal throttling...
