3900X random restarts

MOBO: X570-F Strix Gaming (Non-wifi) Latest bio

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2 x 16GB 1799mhz (3600) 16-19-19-39

GPU: ROG Strix 2080 Super OC

CPU: 3900x, PBO, Fabric Clock 1800 (1:1)

PSU: RM Series RM850 80+G (CP-9020196-NA)

Every once in a while I get random restarts and this is the only error that has shown up that makes sense

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 12

Event ID: 18

APIC IDs were showing on these ones, same error: 0, 3, 12

Event viewer will show that error as well as "Unexpected system shutdown" and nothing more. It's only started happening recently while playing FFXIV (but I've been playing FF for a while now and it just started happening).

The other night in open hardware monitor it randomly populated a CCD #3 at 206.9C and CCD #7 at -10.3C which I'm pretty sure there are only 2 CCD's on the 3900x.

Is there anywhere I should start looking for a clue?

Yes my memory is on the QVL and I had been using it for over a year without issue. Might as well give it a try and try to contact them
