Only shorts? What about long format?

202k per month is quite a good audience, I've seen sponsored channels for much less and with 5k subs.

But you got to do long format, if you check small or big tubers, they all go for long format.

Good Luck with the channel mine is a lot less smaller and I had to stop for a bit due to family issues.
