First your GPU card is now considered to be Legacy by AMD so no more driver updates.
You can download GPU-Z and on the top left click on "Lookup" and it will show you what GPU card you have installed.

If this is a laptop then you need to download the APU (Processor with Integrated Graphics) to install both Graphics driver for your laptop.
