So I purchased the Last of Us Pt. 1 many moons ago and just got around to playing it this weekend. I. am. such. a. fool for waiting so long to give it a go!
I hate to admit that it was the HBO show that really forced me to get back into the game - I had started it up when I bought it, but I stopped around 1/3 of the way in. Holy smokes is this game just as amazing as everyone said it was. I can see why it's one of the most hyped-up games with one of the best stories ever, won so many awards, and garnered so much recognition that led to the tv series.
Once I got through Pt. 1, you know I had to jump right into Pt. 2! I heard there was some criticism with the sequel, but so far I'm loving it just as much. The story is hitting me in the feels, and it seems like everything is dialed to 11. I love it! I'm not 100% sure how far I am yet, and I won't say much since I don't want to spoil anything for anyone out there who's late to the party like me.
