I was part of a marketing team at a trade show once when I was doing business development work for my company.  It's generally lots of fun meeting people and handing out sometimes useful gadgets.  We had special shirts and dancing girls....oh wait, there weren't any dancing girls.  But we did have the special shirts and I still have them hanging in a closet.

Hi Everyone! 

Our first day was awesome. We're running 4 v 4 matches featuring Halo Infinite on various AMD powered rigs - it plays and looks "beautifully". 

We made lots of noise; around 5 pm our booth was definitely the loudest (sorry neighbors!), attendees were chanting "AMD! AMD! AMD!" which made all of us happy and energized us even more. That's when we had our first raffle. As you can see in the pics two lucky winners are going home with the Halo Infinite AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT! 

Throughout the day, I met and mingled with lots of people, from our fans and customers to partners and cosplayers, it's been fun - I lost my voice a little. 

Tomorrow, is the big day for me, us, AMD...as we're going to start our sales event. We will be selling the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT, AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT, AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT and our newest gaming CPU, the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D at MSRP/ESP ($479, $649, $999.00 respectively and the CPU at $449). Lots of visitors have stopped by throughout the day, asking for more details, and how it's gonna work as well as asking for my recommendations for what to purchase and how to build their first PC. 

The AMD Staff is doing great. We're having fun while attending to our visitors.  It's great to see everyone in person, and it's great to hear their thoughts, feedback and support of our products. (At to tell you the truth, I just missed being at a conference/industry events).

This looks like it was so much fun! You could definitely tell that from the photos AMD definitely looked like it was the crowd pleaser!

My apologies, good sir.

I got shot down by my sons, they apparently have outgrown PAX.

I even tried to entice them by taking the ferry to Boston and Wahl burgers afterwards, all to NO Avail!

I will have to wait for grandkids to go to PAX again....

If you are traveling from the North, South or West to PAX East, There is a MicroCenter in Cambridge.

They have amazing in-store only prices on CPU's & GPU's. If you are in the market for a beginner/budget GPU the 6500XT is the king of Value =Price/performance .(in spite of the neg reviews)
