Ryzen 5000 series most of all win Intel processors in Counter Strike:Global Offensive , and yes personally i like to play it on Ryzen 5800X after Inter I7 8700K , more FPS , smoothest gameplay ever ,thus i do more frags .
But common AMD why Intel can sponsor their matches and make ESL tournament that many people like to watch and you cannot do your own tournament in CS:GO ??? Don't be greedy make your OWN CS:GO tournament like Intel , people like Shows ! People like to watch it , really look just on twitch amount of viewers or on youtube .
