hit 85°C with my LC-CC-120RGB (25eur Tower-Cooler (18eur without RGB))
i maybe can try to reduce to 1.43V - but i would use better cooling next-time 
yet i have to say the LC-CC-120(RGB) is maybe the easiest cooler to install and performs reasonably well for its price-tag
ps @4.2GHz@1.369V i get M: 1460cb & S: 176cb // this is my 24/7 (99,4% TimeSpy Stresstest) stable-OC
