Ryzen 3700X 8C/16T, a pasado estar 4C/8T

Hola buenas.

Gracias.

Sorry. i do not know how to speak English.

I don't know very well explain my problem.
I have the 16-wire Ryzen 3700X mounted on an MSI X570 board.

I have found that on my computer it indicates that the Ryzen is 4C / 8T. I do not understand as if before it was 8 cores 16 threads.

I have realized doing Cinebench, where it says that it is 4C / 8T and its results have dropped to less than half, from 4700 to 2100.
What happened and how can I correct it?
Thank you.

I edit the post.

And seen in the Ryzen Master that there are 4 sleeping nuclei. Why don't they wake up when they ask for power and how do I wake them up?

Thank you.

Good, today and reviewed if I had updates in Ryzen Master, found an update and when updating, the problem has been solved.

Thanks for the help.

1. ENGLISH pls (i am german and also write in english - we are a community that wants to help all people and english is lingua franca)
2. check in your BIOS if you disabled cores
3. if you dont find any info in BIOS you should CMOS
4. check if you disabled cores with Ryzen Master or use "gaming mode" - this will only use first CCX - so all other cores will be disabled (actually i think this is a threadripper thing - but not sure)

Thank you.

Sorry for the language.

What you tell me I already tried. I have reset the Bios, if I had the windows game mode activated and deactivated, and activated the profile 1 of Ryzen Master.
What else can I try or review.

Hola,
