RX 6900 XT Low FPS in 1440P

OK so lets get the computer stats out of the way so that you can help me figure this out.

Mother Board: Aorus X570 Aorus Master

CPU: Ryzen 9 5950X

Memory: 64GB G. Skill Trident DDR4 4000

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 6900 XT

OK so I can't get this beast to go any higher that 55 - 57 FPS when running say like The Witcher Wild Hunt or "Skyrim" the old one.  Man this thing should be rocken it but its sucking wind with some older games.  Mech Warrior 5 i can get 90 FPS but that seems like low compared to where I think rig should be running.  All games are set to max so maybe if I turned them down a little but I shouldn't have to.

Hi, if they are set to max, I assume 4K Ultra settings on Witcher Wild Hunt.

Check this guy vid and see if you can match Him. If you are not, make sure if you are not having thermal throttling issues, because that's a very powerful and HOT system. Use OCCT, HWinfo, something that can help you out with this.

If you have thermal throttling, its time to bump the cool'ing factor.
