Not good when you get a display like that..

Normally the GPU is going to fail..

You could try taking it apart and cleaning the chip and heatsink, then apply some good quality thermal paste ie: Arctic Silver 5..

Also clean any dust out at the same time..

AMD Ryzen 9 9900x, Asus Tuf Gaming RX 6700 XT, Asus Crosshair X870E Hero, 64gb Kingston DDR5 6000, Samsung 980pro 1tb NVME, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb NVME, DeepCool Mystique 360 AIO, Antec Titanium 1000w.

Did you do as suggested and clean it out and reapply thermal paste? Just would like to know if your problem was solved by following these tips.

Thanks!

Not A good sign, you can try updating the drivers, or replacing the thermal paste, but when my rx 560 did that it fully died in less than 15 days, rebooted every 10 minutes, i know it sucks but your best bet is to get another gpu
