so whenever I launch a game or load into a game it will hard restart to the ASrock logo, I've worked with multiple people including AMD for a few months on this issue, But I believe I could possibly get a little more help though here.
Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
ASRock Fatal1ty b450 gaming-itx/ac
Ballistix Sport DDR4-3200
Radeon Rx 5700 Xt 8gb
Corsair cx750m
I've tried reinstalling drivers, redownloading windows, cleaning out Nvidia drivers, and intel drivers. sometimes it will just work and play games perfectly but then out of nowhere will just start crashing.
mh, what Driver version do you use?
did you try it without RAM OC? (XMP is also OC)(run RAM as 2133)
driver:20.4.2
i just ran it with ram set to 2133, and it still crashed at the same time, it crashes when I boot the game or sit in the game. the quickest game it crashes in is call of duty, I've downloaded random games to test it, but it crashes in all my games besides world of warcraft
also, my current motherboard is a PCIe 3.0 motherboard while my 5700 is a PCIe 4.0 bus type, I know that the 5700 is backwards compatible but for another hardware elimination, I ordered a motherboard (Asus ROG Strix X570-I) with PCIe 4.0 natively. I've gotten a replacement of the card which I got yesterday then found I still had issues, and I've replaced my cx750 PSU in January when this issue first occurred.
please check the temps of your GPU
also try to clean install 20.4.2 - so use DDU in safe mode to clean driver and reinstall it after those 2 reboots
