Oddly, Sapphire keeps telling me that they won't provide codes for the Raise the Game promotion even though I bought the GPU directly from them. They keep telling me that I have to register the GPU with AMD to get a code. I can't find anything in regard to this issue on the forums or on AMD's website. Is there a solid answer here? Does AMD provide the codes for redemption or is Sapphire just jerking my chain? I'm about to send this GPU back to them if that's the case.
Have you tried AMD customer support on the website? I'd tell you to give that a shot.
I emailed them yesterday. Hopefully, they'll have a solution. I figure they could make this happen easily since I have the purchase order, etc..

Thanks for the reply. I finally managed to get ahold of someone at Amazon who knew how to fix this. They said I would receive a code within the next 48 hours after verifying that they failed to email one at purchase.
Here's an interesting development. According to Amazon, this is a special "invite only" promotion that no one is supposed to know about.
"On checking the complete details, I saw the promotion you mentioned was offered by invitation only to a limited group of customers, and is valid only for the e-mail addresses to which it was sent. We regret that we cannot extend this offer to other customers."
God save us from imbecilic people.
It's official. Amazon refuses to grant the promotion based on their "notes" that state that 6600's aren't eligible. This is AFTER looking at their own page with AMD's storefront stating that it's listed as part of the promotion with Saints Row & Forspoken being given out for that GPU. At this point, AMD has been less than helpful as well.
