Radeon RX 590 running 3 monitors on displayport desktop moved on monitor power down

Radeon Software Version - 19.20
Radeon Software Edition - Adrenalin
Graphics Chipset - Radeon RX 590 Series
Memory Size - 8192 MB
Memory Type - GDDR5
Core Clock - 1580 MHz
Windows Version - Windows 10 (64 bit)
System Memory - 32 GB
CPU Type - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor

I have searched many sites and apparently this is a long standing issue with the displayport "operating as intended"  but still driving anyone with multiple displays completely bananas when you want to switch out or switch off a monitor
When This happens your whole perfectly positioned desktop gets swept into the other displays and is not the same 

I never had this issue with my Nvidia 750 TI running 3 displays on DVi and a hdmi

but I thought display port was the upgrade option

shouldnt work with Win10

its not a problem but a feature of microsoft - if you unplug/poweroff one/two of your monitors it will automaticly remove them from desktop renderring and now rearrange your desktop to use 2 instead of 3 screens.

not much you can do about it
